The identified supplying dealer or seller is responsible for:
Ownership and authority to sell the vehicle
The vehicle’s condition and preparation
The accuracy of information provided about the vehicle
The vehicle sales contract and invoice
Deposits and vehicle-sale payments received by that supplier
Warranty arrangements provided with the vehicle
After-sales service
Refunds, returns and remedies arising from the vehicle sale
